Skylink Travel & Tours Limited is an IATA Accredited Travel Agency incorporated in July, 1991. Initially, it was operating from a small office until April 1995 when it moved to its present location, a prime business / commercial center around the Royal Palm Dar Es Salaam Hotel / Barclays House.

In November, 1994, Mr. Moustafa H. Khataw who was previously General Manager of another travel agency for 6 years and the present Managing Director of Skylink Travel & Tours Limited bought out the previous shareholders. In May, 1995 Skylink moved to the new office which is located in the prime business center - TDFL Building - Opposite Movenpick Royal Palm Dar Es Salaam Hotel - Ohio Street / A. H. Mwinyi Road.
